The Glowing Years Ministry (GYM), creates a supportive environment and loving community where our seniors
can learn together, pray together, laugh together,
and sometimes, even cry together.

Discover how you can contribute your gifts, time and experience to the church, community and each other as you come together with your fellow Seniors.
MEANINGFUL & FUN ACTIVITIES

Participate in fun programmes and other events including educational talks organised by CCMC and Trinity Annual Conference (TRAC) Seniors Fellowship.

Rummy-O
Come and have fun over a game of Rummy-O! It is also an opportunity to interact with MGS
students and Intergenerational Learning (IGL) folks, both young and seniors.

Tuesday Bible Study
Join us as we worship, study God’s Word and fellowship. We are studying 1 Corinthians, a book that challenges us to examine every area of our life through the lens of the Gospel, including issues on food, sexual integrity, worship gatherings, and many others.
Date : Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday*
Time : 3pm - 5pm

Pickleball on Thursdays
Looking for a new form of exercise not as strenuous as other sports that require speed
and enormous muscle strength? Pickleball may be your answer. Just come in your sports’ gear. If you have your own equipment, bring along. If not, we can provide for a start.

Line Dancing on Thursdays
Looking for a fun and effective activity that can improve health, promotes social engagement, and enhance overall well-being? Line dancing may be your answer. Join us every Thursday for a fun-filled session that promises great moves and good vibes!
